Insight-E Insight Plug-in for Microdust Pro Real Time Dust Monitor by Casella

The Casella Microdust Pro real Time Dust Monitor is now able to download to the Casella Insight Database Management System software program.

Stored data in the memory of the Microdust unit can be transferred to Insight for viewing, graphing and making final reports all in a single unified database software package that is easy to use and manipulate.

This Plugin can be installed with any others that are available to link all instrument measurements together for a complete industrial hygiene report.

Applications

Casella Insight can be used to store downloaded results from single or multiple Microdust monitors. All result sets are searchable by start date and time. Change graph scaling and color schemes to suit required report. Include real time dust results with other gravimetric personal sampling pump measurements for complete picture of hazard. Export table of results to external spreadsheets for further data processing and manipulation. Easily create professional reports and save in a wide variety of popular formats such as pdf, rtf, xls, etc.

Current Concentration	Represents the rolling average of instan taneous dust concentration over a user selectable time period from 1 to 60 sec.
Time Weighted Average	Representing the average value since switch on or reset.
Max Value	Representing the maximum instantaneous value since switch on or reset. (Instantaneous values are updated every second)
Scrolling Graph	Graph mode provides unique indication of variations in dust concentration. Selectable timebase periods of 100 sec, 200 sec, 15 mins, 60 mins, Y-axis range may be autoranging or fixed.
Factory Calibration	Factory calibrated using traceable isokinetic techniques and ISO 12103-1 A2 Fine test dust (Arizona Road Dust equivalent). Four user defined calibration settings to suit specific dust types or monitoring applications.
